In the field of metallurgical waste processing, waelz-technology has established itself as one of the most affordable and environment friendly technologies in the world today.

All metallurgical enterprises using electric arc steelmaking furnaces can be the potential suppliers of metal-containing dusts.

Our company utilizes waste from the steelmaking industry - dust from electric arc furnaces (EAF), subjecting them to high-temperature metal regeneration in a rotating "waelz" kiln.

As a result of this technological process, zinc oxide and metal-containing clinker are extracted.

In our technological process, we use only high-carbon raw materials and natural gas of Russian production. Combustion products undergo multilevel filtration, which provides significantly lower level of harmful substances concentration than the maximum permissible
